Garlicy Bok Choy Saute

Makes 4 servings

3 Tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 lb. bok choy
4 garlic cloves, chopped
 
1. Heat wok over high flame 1 minute. Add
the oil and heat. When it is very hot (on
verge of smoking), add salt, garlic and
bok choy.
2. Stir-fry until bok choy is wilted, about 3
minutes.
Serve as side dish.
