Serves 2 to 42 cups shredded cabbage 1/3 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup minced red onion 2 tbs minced fresh mint 2 tbs minced fresh cilantro 2 tbs rice vinegar 2 tbs peanut oil 1 tbs rice wine 2 tsp honey 1 tsp toasted sesame oil plus more to taste salt and freshly ground pepper 1. Combine the cabbage, carrot , onion, mint, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss well. 2. Mix the vinegar, peanut oil, rice wine, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl until well combined. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
