Makes 4 servings
4 small rib eye steaks, 1 inch thick 1 c salsa 1/4 c fresh lime juice 3 Tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 c chopped cilantro 1 tsp cumin 3 cloves garlic, crushed Red pepper flakes, to taste 1. Place steaks in a shallow dish in a single layer. Do not overlap. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over steaks. cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. 3. Remove steaks from marinade (discard) and grill to desired doneness over hot coals.
