Makes 4 cups
2 c chopped, seeded watermelon 3/4 c chopped sweet onion 3/4 c cooked black beans, rinsed and drained 1/4 c chopped seeded jalapeno chilies 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1. Mix watermelon, onion, beans, chilies, cilantro, brown sugar and salt in bowl. 2. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour to blend flavors. Stir, and serve as dip, condiment, or salad.
