Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Makes 6 servings

3 lbs new potatoes,
scrubbed
1/2 tsp hot red pepper
flakes
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c olive oil
 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut
potatoes into thick pieces or quarter.
2. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, rosemary,
garlic and olive oil over potatoes, and
toss to mix well.
3. Put into a roasting pan and roast 45
minutes-1 hour, or until browned, turning
occasionally. Serve hot.
