Rutabaga
Cream
Butter
Milk
Salt 
Pepper
 
1. Peel and chop the rutabaga into large chunks. Boil until cooked through in salted water. Transfer rutabaga with a slotted spoon to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Amounts of ingredients can vary depending on your taste and prefered texture. Serve hot.
